Meet Oli:

Oli has spent his entire 12-year career in the agency world, working with the biggest brands in the world, such as Volvo, Porsche, Renault, Vision Express and many more. In his time he’s won big pitches, but also lost them to international agencies with big names and average pitches.

It’s this experience of losing to bigger agencies that presented themselves as a ‘safe pair of hands’ that made him realise something should be done. International brands are missing out on the incredible talent and creativity of smaller and medium sized agencies, and those same agencies are missing out on international marketing budgets.
